1. Guidelines for Hosts

- Provide cleanup materials when possible, or clearly communicate what participants should bring.
- Encourage teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
- Arrange proper disposal of collected waste.
2. Guidelines for Participants
- Arrive on time and be respectful of the host's instructions.
- Wear appropriate clothing and bring protective gear if necessary.
- Check event details for what supplies to bring—hosts may ask participants to contribute materials.
- Follow safety rules and avoid hazardous waste if unsure how to handle it.
- Work collaboratively and support fellow participants.
- Respect the environment and avoid causing additional harm.
3. What to Bring
- Reusable gloves and trash bags (especially if the host indicates they can't provide these).
- Comfortable and weather-appropriate clothing.
- Reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
- Hand sanitizer and sunscreen for hygiene and protection.
- Consider bringing extra supplies to share with those who might not have them.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute!
4. Recommended Behavior
